Where do I pick up my order?
You can collect from either of our stores — Delahey (Unit 8/350 Taylors Rd, Delahey VIC 3037) or Essendon, also known as Chico (26 Russell St, Essendon VIC 3040). You choose which store at checkout.
Can I order for same-day pickup?
Yes. If you order in the morning (before noon) you can collect the same day. Orders placed from noon onwards are ready the next open day. You pick your date and time at checkout.
What are your opening hours?
Delahey is open Tuesday to Saturday 8am–5pm and Sunday 8am–2pm (closed Mondays). Essendon (Chico) is open Monday to Saturday 8am–5pm (closed Sundays).
Do you deliver?
Local delivery is coming soon. For now, all online orders are collected in-store at Delahey or Essendon.
How do I pay, and are prices GST-inclusive?
You pay securely by card at checkout. All retail prices shown are GST-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay.
What are Dulce Dollars?
Dulce Dollars are our free rewards. Members earn 5% back on orders over $50, and 1 Dulce Dollar equals $1 to spend on a future order. Sign up with your email or Google in seconds.
Do you cater for events and offices?
Yes. We put together pastry platters and bundles for offices, parties and events — order online or get in touch for a custom platter and headcount.
Do you have options for dietary requirements?
Many of our pastries contain gluten, dairy, egg and nuts, and are made in a kitchen that handles all of these. If you have a specific dietary need or allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can help.
How do I order online?
Browse the menu, add what you like to your order, choose your pickup store and time, and pay by card. You'll get a confirmation with all the details by email.
Do you supply cafés and venues (wholesale)?
Yes — we supply cafés, hotels, restaurants and retailers with fresh pastries daily. Email wholesale@dulcebakehouse.com.au and we'll put together a quote.
