Where do I pick up my order?
You can collect from either of our stores — Delahey (Unit 8/350 Taylors Rd, Delahey VIC 3037) or Essendon, also known as Chico (26 Russell St, Essendon VIC 3040). You choose which store at checkout.
How far ahead do I need to order for pickup?
Order online any time — the earliest pickup is the next day we're open. You choose your pickup date and time at checkout.
What are your opening hours?
Delahey is open Tuesday to Saturday 8am–5pm and Sunday 8am–2pm (closed Mondays). Essendon (Chico) is open Monday to Saturday 8am–5pm (closed Sundays).
Do you deliver?
Local delivery is coming soon. For now, all online orders are collected in-store at Delahey or Essendon.
How do I pay, and are prices GST-inclusive?
You pay securely by card at checkout. All retail prices shown are GST-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you cater for events and offices?
Yes. We put together pastry platters and bundles for offices, parties and events — order online or get in touch for a custom platter and headcount.
Do you have options for dietary requirements?
Many of our pastries contain gluten, dairy, egg and nuts, and are made in a kitchen that handles all of these. If you have a specific dietary need or allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can help.
How do I order online?
Browse the menu, add what you like to your order, choose your pickup store and time, and pay by card. You'll get a confirmation with all the details by email.
Do you supply cafés and venues (wholesale)?
Yes — we supply cafés, hotels, restaurants and retailers with fresh pastries daily. Email wholesale@dulcebakehouse.com.au and we'll put together a quote.
