What started before dawn in a small kitchen is now a bakehouse devoted entirely to the craft of exceptional pastries. We laminate by hand, proof slowly, and bake in small batches so every layer shatters the way it should.
We supply cafés and venues across the city, and now we bring that same morning bake straight to you — order online for pickup or local delivery.
