Full-size or cocktail?

Full-size empanadas are a proper lunch: one or two each and you're set. Cocktail empanadas are bite-sized versions of the same four fillings, made for birthdays, office lunches and family gatherings, easy to eat standing up.

Are your beef empanadas halal?

Yes. Our beef empanadas are made with halal topside mince, with mixed spices, a Spanish olive, sultanas and a sliver of boiled egg.

Do you have vegetarian empanadas?

Yes. Our cheese (local Alba cheddar) and spinach & ricotta empanadas are meat-free, both in pure butter puff pastry.

Can I order empanadas for a party?

Yes. Our cocktail empanadas are made for parties and come in all four fillings, from 10 of a filling at $3.50 each. Order online and collect them fresh on the day.

How far ahead do I need to order?

Order online any time. The earliest pickup is the next day we're open, and you choose your pickup date and time at checkout.

Where can I pick up empanadas?

From either of our shops: Dulce Bakehouse at Unit 8/350 Taylors Rd, Delahey VIC 3037, or Dulce Chico at 26 Russell St, Essendon VIC 3040.

Do you deliver empanadas?

Local delivery is coming soon. For now, online orders are collected in-store.
